A. Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Please see the information below for shipping costs regarding your individual shipping destination.

I. Shipping within Germany:

Shipments within Germany will be handled by DHL. Shipments within the German mainland are charged at 6,50 Euro. A total order amount above 100,00 Euro will be shipped free of charge.

For cash on delivery we charge an additional amount of 8,99 Euro.

Please note, that the maximum order-amount for cash on delivery is 500 Euro.

For bulky goods (item with a box size of over 1,20m) a bulky goods surcharge of 26,00 Euro per item will be added.

II. Shipping outside Germany:

Shipping for countries inside the European Union will be handled by DHL / Deutsche Post. For shipping in countries outside the European Union shipping will be only handled via DHL / Deutsche Post. We are shipping worldwide. Please see the information below for shipping costs regarding your individual shipping destination.

In case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the Seller is not responsible and which have to be borne by the Client. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). Such costs regarding money transfer may also be incurred, if delivery is not made in a country outside the European Union and the Client carries out the payment from a country outside the European Union. 1. Bank transfer

Wire transfer the invoice amount using the invoice number as purpose to our bank account. You will receive our bank account data during the order-process via e-mail.

2. Cash on delivery

Pay your order on delivery to the transportation / shipping company, which we allow to collect your total invoice amount for us. Please note that for shipments using cash on delivery as method of payment we charge an additional fee of 7,00 Euro.

Please note, that the maximum order-amount for cash on delivery is 500 Euro.

3. Payment via PayPal

Pay using PayPal with your PayPal Account. More information about payment with PayPal can be found here: https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.
